How to issue order refund on Shopify POS?

Overview

Issue store credit refund for an order from Shopify POS directly.

Steps

1- Go to POS dashboard.

2- Click Orders from POS side menu, then choose the order you want to get refunded.

3- Swipe until you find CreditsYard and click on it.

4- Choose the refund option and write the reason (optional).

5- Click “Submit”
