That’s why offering cashback might be the right way to re-engage customers and give them a reason to get back to your store regularly. More cashbacks will lead to more orders and more customer engagement. Steps1- Go to App > Cashback page.2- Click “Create Action” and start to customize the cashback action.3- Select the products/collection you want customer to buy from to get the store credit and the reward value.

Overview In this guide, we will show you how to allow your customers purchase store credit through normal checkout/payment method and get store credit added to their wallet automaticlly that can be used on futrue purchases. This can be used to allow customers fill their wallet or pre-perchase credits at a discounted amount (optional). Steps: Create a new product on your Shopify store I named the product “Buy store credit with 10% off” and set its price to $90, as screenshot below: Go to App > Cashback page, click on "Create action" button from top right Create cashback action on the app with reward value equals or greater than the product price Select the product that customers need to buy to get the cashback reward That is it! Customers can now add the product to their cart and checkout using normal Shopify payment method, then they will get store credit automatically added to their wallet to use in future purchases.

Overview In this guide, we will show you how to issue store credit to customers using Shopify Flow, as a signup or a welcome bonus after registering to your store. Steps: Install Shopify Flow app to your store (Free to install) Create a workflow and set the action to "CreditsYard > Adjust store credit" Set the amount to issue the customer after this workflow is triggered/completed   Please check this video to see how to configure Shopify Flow to issue a fixed amount store credit to customers after they create an account on the store as a welcome bonus. It is not limited to customer/created action only, you can use Shopify Flow to trigger different actions like: order marked as paid, order fulfilled, order has X tag or condition and a lot more.

Overview You can control the offered cashback by disabling it on store credit orders, restricting cashback actions to paid orders only, reverting cashback added for canceled orders or setting a cashback actions limit per order. Steps1- Go to App > Settings page.2- Head to Advanced Settings > Cashback Settings.3- After enabling the preferred options, click “Save” button. Disable cashback actions on store credit orders: If this option is enable, It will not issue cashback to customers if they use their previous store credit in the order Restrict cashback actions to paid orders only: This option is used if you have cash on delivery (COD) payment method and you want to not issue store credit towards these orders Revert cashback added for canceled orders: If order was canceled, It will revert the cashback previously issued to the order Set a cashback actions limit per order: Set a limit to how many eligible cashback actions can be issues to the customer at the same order if the order is eligible to multiple orders
