How to issue a refund to an order?

Overview

This guides shows you how to issue store credit to refund an order

Steps

1- Go to Shopify admin > Orders

2- Choose the order you would like to refund

3- Click “More actions” > Store Credit Refund

4- Choose the products and write the refund reason

5- Click Submit
